2. 💳 Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We offer multiple payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Debit/Credit Card (If applicable)

  • Installment Plans (On eligible products and cities)

Note: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification, where applicable.

3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days (within Lahore); 3–7 working days (other cities).

  • Delivery charges may apply based on the product size and location.

  • Inverter ACs and larger appliances may require additional installation charges (not included in the product price).

4. 🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Only defective or damaged products (verified via photo or video) are eligible for replacement.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective upon arrival.

5. 🛠️ Warranty & Repairs

All appliances sold by Zam Zam Centre come with official manufacturer warranty.

  • Warranty duration and terms vary by brand and product type.

  • Warranty claims are handled directly by authorized service centers of the respective brands.

  • Zam Zam Centre can assist in guiding you to the nearest service center, but is not responsible for warranty approvals.

We respect your privacy. All customer data including name, phone number, address, and email are protected and will not be shared with third parties except for order processing and delivery purposes.

7. ❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an item is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to cancel, contact our support team immediately.
